Invalid Crypt key?

Hello everybody,

I have an issue similar to this link: Invalid crypt key .

These are the steps I made:

  • I’ve exported the full folder from the “Document” folder to an external hard-disk.
  • I’ve prepared a new “mail store” installation into another pc and I followed the steps described by Rebecca.

Nevertheless, I still continue to have the “invalid crypt key” issue.

Are there any possibilities to recover the email archive?
Please be aware that I don’t have a back-up of the files.

What version of MailStore Home was in use? Did you recently upgrade?

I don’t know the specific version that was in use in the old computer.

In the new computer where I imported the folder, I am now using 13.1.0.20288.
