I have an issue similar to this link: Invalid crypt key .
These are the steps I made:
- I’ve exported the full folder from the “Document” folder to an external hard-disk.
- I’ve prepared a new “mail store” installation into another pc and I followed the steps described by Rebecca.
Nevertheless, I still continue to have the “invalid crypt key” issue.
Are there any possibilities to recover the email archive?
Please be aware that I don’t have a back-up of the files.
