Sounds like a problem with the DotNet framework. The missing method exception refers to a framework method. So repairing Windows or installing the latest DotNet framework might solve this.

As a first step, I would try to install .NET Framework 4.8

What’s the problem with my .net version ?

It’s seem to be a 4.8.03.752

The same thing after SFC /scannow

Any idea about my .NET version ?

Thanks

The above error message from .NetFramework indicates something is wrong with it. Unfortunately, it gives no details.
The .NetFramework is part of Windows 10, please contact Microsoft how to repair it.
As far as I know, the only way to get a new .NetFramework would be to upgrade Windows 10 to the latest version 2004.

Strange response !!!

Install and launch solve with compatibility mode Windows 7 !!
